If you also want to get the benefit of this Ayushman Yojana, then you will have to check the eligibility first.
For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
After going to the portal, you will see the option of 'Am I Eligible' on the top, on which you have to click.
Step 2
Then you have to fill in your mobile number, on which OTP will come.
Now fill in the OTP received on mobile and log in.
After this, two options will appear in front of you, where in the first you have to select your state.
Step 3
In the second option, enter your 10-digit mobile number and ration card number.
After this, you will know whether you are eligible for the scheme or not
If you are eligible, then you can apply by visiting your nearest CSC center.
