If you are destitute or a tribal
If you work as a daily wage laborer
If there is someone with a disability in your family
You live in rural areas
If you come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe etc.
These are the people who cannot make Ayushman card:-
People whose PF gets cut
People who work in government jobs
People who do big business
People who are taxpayers
Those who work in organized sector etc.

Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, the first Ayushman cards are made for eligible people. After this, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospital.
