Clove and Cinnamon
Both these things act as natural mouth fresheners. It helps remove the bad odour coming from the mouth. Both things are also considered good for digestion. Anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties are also found in both of these. Cinnamon is also beneficial in controlling body pain and period pain.
Ghee
