If you also use Bluetooth too much every day, then you should keep your distance from it. According to Dr. Varalakshmi, excessive use of headphones reduces the ability to hear. Even if you use headphones, the sound volume should be kept below 60 percent.
Clean continuously
Like other parts of the body, it is very important to clean the ear from time to time. If the ears are not cleaned on time, then a thick layer of dirt accumulates in the ear, due to which the problem starts.
