How to make healthy Ayurvedic soup
- Take half a cup moong. Wash it thoroughly and then soak it in 2 liters of water for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, cook it on medium flame till the first boil comes.
- Now remove the strainer from above and cook it until it becomes soft.
- When it becomes soft, add black pepper powder, coriander seeds powder and cumin powder, dry ginger powder to it.
- Now let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Your healthy soup is ready. Drink it hot only.
