These people are eligible
If you are a mason, barber, garland maker, washerman, tailor, locksmith, gunsmith, sculptor, stone carver, blacksmith, goldsmith, stone breaker, hammer and toolkit maker, cobbler/shoemaker, doll and toy maker, boat are a manufacturer, fishing net maker and basket/mat/broom maker, you are eligible for the scheme.

If you are eligible as per the eligibility list then go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra to apply.
Go there and meet the concerned officer, after which your documents and your eligibility are verified.
Then after the verification is correct, your application is submitted.
Benefits to the beneficiaries:-
Many types of benefits are given to the beneficiaries of PM Vishwakarma Yojana. Those who join it are given Rs 15,000. This money is given to the beneficiaries to buy toolkits.
At the same time, under the scheme, you are given basic skill training and for this, there is a provision of giving you a stipend of Rs 500 per day.
Besides, the facility of incentives is also under the scheme.
Apart from these, there is a provision to give an additional loan of first Rs 1 lakh and then Rs 2 lakh without security.
