30 complaints came in three days

Customers complained to the bank about the disappearance of money from the bank account without a call-message but no response was received from the bank. After which customers have complained about cybercrime. In three days only 30 people have complained about this kind of fraud.


Police fearing data theft
Police are suspecting the theft of customers' data from any branch of the bank. While the bank says that this case can also be of cloning. This money has been transferred to an account outside the state. At the same time, transactions have been done more than once from one account. The surprising thing is that the customers from whose accounts the money has been withdrawn have not received any kind of message or call nor have they received the OTP. Customers say that they have not even used the ATM.

All customers are from the same city
In the last three days, 30 such complaints have been lodged with the police and all the people are residents of Bhopal city. Police say it does not appear to be a case of cloning. According to the police, if it was a case of cloning, people from outside the city could also have fallen prey to it, but all the complaints have come from the same bank and the same place.
