Drink three litres of water daily
Staying hydrated is very important for a healthy body. About 75 percent of our body is made up of water. If you drink three litres of water daily, then you will start seeing its effect on your body. The right amount of water flushes out toxins from the body, improves digestion and also makes the face clear and glowing.
Do exercise
In today's time, most people sit and work throughout the day, but physical activity is negligible. Daily exercise is very important. If you are starting a workout then do a workout thrice a week. Exercise will get your body in shape and you will feel fresh. Remember that you have to do this continuously for at least 50 days.
Read a book every day
To stay healthy, it is very important to be mentally happy. After a tiring and hectic day, read something good. We also get information from books and there is a positive change in our thinking.
Get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep is also very important to stay healthy. If you want to be healthy, then take at least 7 hours of sleep for this. If you do not get enough sleep, you remain tired. Because of this, your body is not able to function properly. When you sleep, your body recharges and repairs itself during this time.
Take healthy diet
A healthy diet is very important for a healthy body. Whatever we eat directly affects our body and our skin. If you include healthy fruits, vegetables and nutrition-rich things in your food for 50 consecutive days, then your digestion will be correct and the body will be more active. Avoid fast foods and sugary drinks.
Meditate daily
Do meditation for 10 minutes every day. Meditation is very good for mental health. It removes stress and clears your mind. This also strengthens your focus.
