One such scheme is the 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme'. This is a health scheme, in which free treatment facility is provided. Who are destitute or tribal
A person who belongs to a scheduled caste or tribe
People who live in rural areas
If your house is raw
If you are a daily wage laborer
If you are a landless person
If there is any disabled member in your family etc..

You get this benefit
Ayushman cards are made for the eligible people who apply under this scheme. After this, these cardholders can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals.

Step 1

To apply, first go to your nearest public service center.
Give your documents to the concerned officer

Step 2
Then there will be verification of documents and verification of eligibility.
After this, if everything is found correct, your Ayushman card will be prepared within a few days.
