One such scheme is Ayushman Bharat Yojana, whose name has been changed to 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Yojana'. Under this scheme, Ayushman cards are made for eligible people, after which the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals. Step 1
If you also want your Ayushman card to be made and then you can avail the benefit of free treatment, then for this you will have to check your eligibility.
In such a situation, you will first have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
Step 2
As soon as you go to the website, you will see many options here.
But you have to click on 'Am I Eligible' among these.
After this, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number here, on which an OTP will come.
Step 3
Enter the OTP received on the mobile number here
Then two options will appear in front of you, where you have to select your state in the first.
Whereas, in the second you have to enter the mobile number and ration card number.
Step 4
After searching, you will know on the screen whether you are eligible for the scheme or not.
If you are eligible, then you can get an Ayushman card by visiting the nearest public service center and then avail of the benefits.
