These documents are required at the time of application:-
When you apply for making Ayushman card under Ayushman Bharat Yojana, the first document you need is the Aadhar card of the applicant. This is a very important document, so it is very important to have it with you.

At the same time, apart from an Aadhar card, the applicant also needs some other documents. The first document in this is your residence certificate, then the second document you need is a ration card. Apart from all these, you also need an active mobile number at the time of application.

You get free treatment up to this much
When you join the scheme and your Ayushman card is made, then you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in those hospitals which are registered in Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The government bears the entire cost of the patient's treatment and you do not have to pay any money.
