How to apply for Ayushman Card:-
If you also want to get an Ayushman card made, you can go to your nearest public service center.
Here your eligibility is checked and your documents are also checked.
After the investigation is found correct, your application is submitted.
Ayushman card cannot be made for these people:-
If you have a government job
If you run your own well-run business
If you work in an organized sector
If your PF gets cut
If you pay tax etc.
These people are eligible for the scheme:-
You live in rural areas
If there is someone with disability in your family
If you are destitute or a tribal
If you come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe
If you work as a daily wage laborer etc.
You get this benefit:-
Ayushman cards are made for those who are eligible under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. After this, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospital.
