Both the state and central governments run various beneficial and welfare schemes for the people living in urban areas as well as rural areas. Publicity is also done to take these schemes to every household and the needy and poor class, after which people join these schemes and take benefits. For example, take 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Mukhyamantri Yojana'. This is a health scheme, in which people are provided free treatment facilities. Who is eligible?
There is a list of people who are eligible under the Ayushman Yojana, according to which, people who are daily wage laborers, who live in a rural area if your house is kutcha, or the person who come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe…
At the same time, those who are destitute or tribal, if you are a landless person or if there is a disabled member in your family, etc. So all these people can take benefits by joining Ayushman Yojana.
If you are eligible, here is the method of application:-
According to the Ayushman eligibility list, those who are eligible have to first go to the nearest public service center to apply, and meet the concerned officer there.
Give them your documents, after which the documents and eligibility are verified
Then when everything is found correct, your application is made.
The benefit you get is this
Ayushman cards are made for those who are eligible under this scheme. Then with the help of this card, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals, the entire expense of which is borne by the government.
