You can try this recipe to make tasty potato-fenugreek curry. You can serve it with paratha or roti.

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes,
  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek,
  • 3-4 garlic cloves,
  • 2-3 green chilies,
  • 1 tsp red chili powder,
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder,
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder,
  • 2-3 tsp oil,
  • salt as per taste

Method :

  • First, wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  • Now heat oil in a pan, and add chili and garlic to it.
  • Then add chopped potatoes and fenugreek.
  • Cook it for some time.
  • When the water of the vegetable starts drying up, add salt and spices.
  • Fry for some time, when the potatoes are cooked, turn off the gas.
