Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes,
- 1 cup chopped fenugreek,
- 3-4 garlic cloves,
- 2-3 green chilies,
- 1 tsp red chili powder,
- 1 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1 tsp garam masala powder,
- 2-3 tsp oil,
- salt as per taste
Method :
- First, wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Now heat oil in a pan, and add chili and garlic to it.
- Then add chopped potatoes and fenugreek.
- Cook it for some time.
- When the water of the vegetable starts drying up, add salt and spices.
- Fry for some time, when the potatoes are cooked, turn off the gas.
