At the same time, till now the last date to update it for free was 14 March 2024, but now the Unique Identification Authority of India i.e. UIDAI has extended this date to 14 June 2024. This is the way to update Aadhaar:-
Step 1

If your Aadhar card is also 10 years old, then you will have to update your Aadhar card, the new date of which is now 14th June 2024 and you can get it updated for free till then.
For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of UIDAI uidai.gov.in/en.

Step 2
After going to the website, you have to see where the option to update your Aadhaar is, you have to click there.
After this, you have to enter your Aadhaar number and login with the help of OTP.
Then you have to get your documents verified by clicking on update.

Step 3
Now update the scanned copy of the identity card and address proof from the drop list below.
After this, you have to click on the submit button
Then your form will be submitted

Step 4
You will get a request number once the form is submitted
You have to keep this number safe and with it, you can check your status and know whether your Aadhaar is updated or not.
