Do the exercise
Try not to step out of the house in the afternoon. Exercise in the morning or evening. Include walking, cycling and lightweight lifting in your routine.
Use cold spices
Include cool spices and herbs such as cumin, cardamom, coriander, fennel and gulkand in your diet. This helps in reducing the body temperature.
Try to relax yourself
Make stress-reducing things like yoga, meditation and pranayama a part of your routine. They balance the mind and help in removing extra heat from the body.
