1. Ajwain tea
Celery is a panacea for stomach problems. The anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties present in it maintain oral health and reduce inflammation. Additionally, it strengthens immunity and boosts metabolism, which helps in reducing weight.
Ingredients required
- Water- 1 glass
- Celery- 1 spoon
Method to prepare and use
- Put celery in water and boil for 10 minutes.
- Then filter it.
- Drink 30 minutes after eating food.
2. Cinnamon tea
Cinnamon contains many types of nutrients including anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant. It is good for insulin resistance. Reduces weight due to low calories. Removes stomach-related problems like acidity, gas, bloating etc.
Ingredients required
- Water- 1 glass
- Cinnamon powder- 1 pinch
Method to prepare and use
- Mix the cinnamon powder in water and boil for 5-10 minutes.
- Filter it.
- Drink 30 minutes after eating.
3. Coriander seeds water
Coriander powder, which is used in almost every vegetable, is full of medicinal properties. It reduces water retention. Removes the problem of indigestion. Due to its anti-diabetic properties, it controls the amount of glucose in the blood.
Ingredients required
- Coriander seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Water- 2 glasses
Method to prepare and use
- Soak coriander seeds in water overnight.
- Next morning boil it until the water reduces to half.
- Filter this drink and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
4. Mulethi tea
Apart from Vitamin B-1, 2 and 5, it contains Vitamin E and C in abundance. It controls PCOD. Liquorice can strengthen the immune system. The anti-oxidant in it removes throat infections.
Ingredients required
- Mulethi- 1 small piece
- Water- 1 glass
Method to prepare and use
- Soak small pieces of liquorice in water for 3-4 hours.
- Boil it for 10 minutes.
- Drink this tea 30 minutes before sleeping at night.
5. Green cardamom tea
Green cardamom is rich in carbohydrates, protein, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and fibre as well as anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. It reduces high blood pressure and keeps the heart healthy. Also, it is good for oral health.
Ingredients required
- Water- 1 glass
- Cardamom- 1-2
Method to prepare and use
- Soak cardamom in a glass of water before sleeping at night.
- Boil it the next morning.
- Filter this water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
