Expert says, “In today's busy lifestyle, it is very important to take care of health. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find time for myself. Due to this, obesity starts increasing and the risk of many diseases in the body increases. If you take some time out for yourself in the morning and make some lifestyle changes, you will remain healthy.

1. Oil Pulling

In ancient times, people used to remove many problems of the body by doing oil pulling. It is also advised to do this in Ayurveda. By doing regular oil pulling, the bacteria and bad smell of the mouth are removed, the swelling of the gums is removed, the body detoxes and the body gets energy.

Method

  • Take one tablespoon of sesame oil or virgin coconut oil in your mouth.
  • Swish it in the mouth for 5 to 20 minutes.
  • Then spit it out.

Caution

Avoid swallowing the oil while doing oil pulling, as it contains a lot of bacteria, which can harm the body.

2. Two glasses of water

The habit of drinking 2 cups of water on an empty stomach keeps the essential organs of the body hydrated and healthy so that they can function properly. Water helps in blood circulation, which carries nutrients to the cells and removes toxins.

If you drink water after waking up in the morning, then the body remains hydrated. This strengthens your metabolism, which helps in reducing weight. Apart from this, drinking water in the morning strengthens immunity and you can protect yourself from diseases. Apart from this, water detoxes the body, which brings a glow to the face and maintains good hair health.

3. Soaked Nuts & Seeds

When nuts and seeds are consumed after soaking them in water, the harmful enzymes are removed and the nutrients present in them increase. They are rich in fatty acids, anti-oxidants, carbohydrates, amino acids etc. By eating these, not only can you stay away from many diseases, but also increases the health and beauty of skin and hair.

Eating soaked nuts and seeds in the morning keeps you full of energy for the whole day. Also, it controls your blood sugar level and weight. Apart from this, it lowers cholesterol levels, and mental health is fine. It is good for your heart health and keeps hormones under control.
