Legal Provisions:
Under Section 302 (Note: it probably means "302", not 103) of the IPC, anyone found guilty of murder can face the following:
The death penalty, or
Life imprisonment
Additionally, a monetary fine can also be imposed
Group involvement:
If five or more people are involved in a planned or mass murder, then:
Each person can receive the death penalty or life imprisonment
They can also be sentenced to a minimum of 7 years imprisonment
A fine is also applicable to each accused in the group
Note: The case is still under investigation, and the legal process will determine the final outcome based on evidence and court proceedings.
