Last farewell to martyr Siddharth Yadav, crying fiancée said- 'Baby, you did not come, you said...'

IAF Jaguar Fighter Jet Crashes: Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav was martyred in the Jaguar crash that took place on April 2 in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Before being martyred, he had saved the life of his colleague.

Jamnagar Jaguar Plane Crash: Martyr Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav of Rewari, Haryana was given a final farewell with national honours today. His father Sushil Yadav lit the pyre of his 28-year-old martyr son in his native village Bhalkhi Majra. During the final farewell, the Air Force contingent paid tribute to martyr Siddharth by firing from reverse weapons.
Siddharth was engaged just 10 days ago. The martyr's fiancée Sania also reached to attend the funeral. During this time she kept crying looking at the dead body. Seeing Siddharth's picture, Sania said, "Baby, you did not come to pick me up. You said you would come."
Siddharth Yadav and Sania were to get married on 2 November. Seeing the dead body, Sania kept crying and saying, "Please show me his face once." Fiancee Sania said that I am proud of Siddharth. Siddharth's marriage was to take place on 2 November, for which preparations were going on at home.
I am proud of my son- mother
The martyr's mother Mata Sushila Yadav and sister Khushi also kept crying. On this occasion, mother Sushila said, "I am proud of my son. I want to tell every mother of the country that they should send their sons to the army for the service of the country. I am proud to be his mother. He was not afraid for the country. My entire family was in the army. Despite knowing this, I sent him to the army. I am proud of his martyrdom. With a choked voice, I said that I cannot tell about his nature, how was he?"
Siddharth's father Sushil Yadav said that his dream was that his son should return home only after becoming the Chief of Air Staff. This is the dream of every Air Force officer's father, this was his dream too. When Siddharth left home, the only talk was about marriage. The wedding date was fixed for November 2. Preparations were going on in the house for the same. The hall was booked for the wedding.
Sushil Yadav further said, "Four generations of my family have been in the army. I have been told that he could have ejected at the last moment but he did not do so to save the public. He was a brave boy, he always tried to put himself ahead."

Wing Commander Sachin Chandra Nikah said that I have a special affection for the pilot. My son is also a pilot. Siddharth Yadav was a promising and brave pilot. He has sacrificed his life for the country. Flight Lieutenant Siddharth was martyred in the Jaguar crash on April 2 in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Before being martyred, he saved the life of his companion. This morning his dead body was brought to his new home in Rewari, after which his last rites were performed.
