Lashkar-e-Taiba deputy chief Saifullah Khalid was shot dead by unknown assailants in Pakistan. Saifullah was involved in three attacks in India and was close to terrorist Hafiz Saeed. He played a role in the attacks on the Nagpur RSS headquarters in 2006, Rampur CRPF camp in 2001 and Bangalore in 2005. He was hiding in Nepal for many years.

Deputy chief of terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, Saifullah Khalid was killed in Pakistan. According to India Today's report, he was shot by unknown attackers.
He was very close to Lashkar founder terrorist Hafiz Saeed. According to information, as soon as he came out of his house in Matli city, the attackers shot him in the head and chest.

Khalid was hiding in Nepal for many years under the fake name of Vinod Kumar. Khalid made his base in Matli of Badin district of Sindh province of Pakistan. There he worked for Lashkar-e-Taiba and its front organization Jamaat-ud-Dawa, whose main work was recruitment and raising funds for terrorist operations.
