Lalu Yadav News: Siwan court has ordered attachment on Rashtriya Janata Dal President Lalu Yadav in the 2011 code of conduct violation case. The next hearing of this case will be on May 30. Lalu Yadav is at daughter Misa Bharti's house after getting treatment from Delhi AIIMS recently.

Rashtriya Janata Dal President Lalu Prasad Yadav's troubles are not decreasing. Now once again the court has tightened its grip on him. Siwan ACJM One court has issued an order to start the process of attachment against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav. The case is related to the year 2011 when he was the Railway Minister and RJD President. The case is related to violation of Model Code of Conduct.

ACJM-1, MP-MLA court has issued an advertisement. It is being told that an advertisement has been issued against RJD President Lalu Yadav. Now the notice will be pasted in Lalu Yadav's village Phulvariya. According to the information, first summons and then warrant was issued and if he does not appear now, the order of attachment will be implemented.

Case was filed for violation of Model Code of Conduct

According to the information, in the year 2011, RJD President had organized a public meeting in Daraunda of Siwan in support of the party candidate Parmeshwar Singh and gave his address. When he gave his address, section 144 was in force in that area and the use of loudspeaker was prohibited. But, Lalu Prasad Yadav not only gave the address but also used the loudspeaker. Then his act was considered a violation of the Model Code of Conduct. After this incident, a case was registered against him.

Court's grip on Lalu Prasad Yadav

In view of the continuous absence of Lalu Prasad Yadav in this case, the court of CJM First of Siwan passed the order to start the process of attachment and confiscation on Saturday. Now the next hearing of this case has been scheduled on May 30.
