UPI payment will be done by scanning with glasses
The biggest highlight of this new Smart Glass is its UPI payment feature, which will transform the entire world of digital transactions. When you go shopping at a store, you won't need to repeatedly take out your phone to scan a QR code.
You will directly see the QR Code of the shopkeeper through your glasses and then say in your voice that make payment of so many rupees, after which the system will ask you for confirmation and as soon as you say yes, the money will be transferred immediately.
Although the company hasn't yet revealed much about its security system and authentication, this feature has been nearly finalized in collaboration with NPCI. This will bring about a major change in the country's digital payment system.
Two models of the device
Under this new technology, Jio has introduced two amazing variants of smart glasses, designed with different needs in mind. The first model is completely audio-based, providing excellent speakers and a microphone, allowing you to listen to music and attend phone calls without any hassle. The second, and most advanced model, is equipped with visual intelligence and an HD camera.
