Iqbal Kana, originally a resident of Kairana, is preparing an army of youth for the ISI while sitting in Pakistan. He has absconded since 1996 and is now trying to come to India. Iqbal has changed his name to Iqbal Siddiqui and has also got a Pakistani ID made in this name.

The accused has got a Pakistani ID made in the name of Iqbal Siddiqui. A Pakistani document related to this was recovered from Noman, through which preparations were being made to get his passport made. 

Let us tell you that after Operation Sindoor, Kairana resident Noman was caught spying for Pakistan from Panipat. Kairana resident Iqbal joined the bale industry from Pakistan via Punjab in 1985 and in the greed of becoming rich quickly, he started smuggling fake notes, weapons and gold. He was arrested several times. 

When the police started chasing him, he fled to Pakistan. There he took training from the Pakistani spy agency ISI and in a few years he became an important henchman of the ISI. He did not return to India as he was wanted in arms and counterfeit currency smuggling. 

He is in touch with many people in Kairana, Shamli as well as Haryana and Delhi. This is the reason why on the instructions of ISI, terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed as well as terrorist leader Hafiz Saeed, he started looking for people for ISI in India. 

In two years, two people were arrested from Shamli and Noman, a resident of Kairana, from Panipat. Evidence of conversations with Iqbal was found in their mobile phones. A document from Pakistan was found from Noman's house. The document is in the name of Iqbal Siddiqui. 

When Noman was questioned about the document, he said that this document belongs to Iqbal Kana. He has now changed his name from Iqbal Kana to Iqbal Siddiqui. He wants to come to India. He wants to live in India by changing his name and identity and work for ISI.
