After the conflict between Thailand and Cambodia, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs issued a travel advisory for its citizens, asking them to avoid travelling to the border areas with these countries. Earlier also, India had issued a travel warning for its citizens in relation to these 7 countries.

In fact, the government has issued this advisory in view of the incidents of Indian citizens being affected in war, human trafficking, fake employment, internal conflict or violence targeting foreigners. Let's take a look at the seven countries where Indians have been asked to avoid traveling.
After the tension on the Thailand-Cambodia border, many countries of the world have advised their citizens to avoid going there. In this connection, the Indian Embassy has also requested its citizens to avoid traveling to the areas bordering these two countries. Although this is not the first travel advisory issued by the Indian authorities, the Ministry of External Affairs has already requested Indians to avoid traveling to Iran, Israel and 7 other countries embroiled in war or internal conflict.
Number 1. Cambodia: In the recent past, many Indian citizens have been victims of abuse and exploitation after being lured by fake employment opportunities. In view of these incidents, Indian citizens have been advised to avoid traveling to Cambodia. In the advisory, travelers have been advised to thoroughly investigate the job offers and stay in touch with the Indian Embassy.
Number 2. Myanmar: Myanmar is next in line. The Ministry of External Affairs has appealed to Indian citizens to travel to Myanmar only when necessary. The situation here is not favorable due to constant blockade and disruption of communication due to internal conflict. Citizens already present in the country have also been appealed to stay away from violence-affected areas.
Number 3 Iraq: This country has been facing violence and terrorism for a long time. There is a strict advisory against foreign nationals traveling here due to the worrying security situation. Indian citizens are advised to cancel or postpone any of their planned travel until the situation improves.
Number 4. Syria: The embassy has advised against traveling to this country, calling it unsafe for any kind of civilian movement. The embassy has said that those who are already in the country are advised to travel only when commercial flights are available and only if absolutely necessary.
Number 5. Libya: The situation in Libya remains dangerous due to civil unrest, terrorist activities and violence. Traveling between cities within the country is especially dangerous. Indian citizens are urged to avoid traveling to the country and stay updated with security information.
Number 6. Lebanon: This country has also been a victim of violence and conflict for a long time. Therefore, Indian citizens are advised not to travel to Lebanon. There is a high risk to personal safety in violence and conflict affected areas. Avoid crowded places while traveling to Lebanon and keep in touch with the consulate.
Number 7. Bangladesh: Due to increasing political tensions and incidents of widespread unrest, Indian citizens are advised to avoid traveling to Bangladesh. Travelers are advised to exercise caution and limit travel within the country.
