The BCCI announced the squads for the T20I against Japan and the Asian Games a few weeks ago. However, some changes were recently made. Varun Chakravarthy and Harshit Rana will not be able to play in the match against Japan due to injury. Vipraj Nigam has been named in place of Varun Chakravarthy, while Yash Thakur has replaced Harshit Rana.
