The High Court has directed the SP to find the girl and present her in the court by August 28. The case is from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Actually, there was a friendship between Suraj Banjare, who lives in Bilaspur, and a girl from Mungeli. After which, both of them started loving each other. On May 15, 2025, Suraj did a love marriage with the girl in the Arya Samaj temple of Raipur. After which the boy and girl were living together as husband and wife. When the wife did not return, the search began

Suraj says that his wife was about to return home. But when she did not return home, he got worried and started looking for her. The girl's family is also not giving any information. Suraj complained to the police and kept visiting the police station. But the police also did not cooperate. After this, Suraj got worried and filed a habeas corpus petition in the High Court a month ago. In this, he said that the girl's family is not giving any information about her and is not ready to meet her. The young man says that there is a possibility of something bad happening to his wife. He said - I am afraid that these people might have killed my wife.

The petitioner's lawyer told the court that the girl's life could be in danger. Therefore, she should be recovered immediately and presented in the court. So that it can be known whether she is safe or not.

After hearing the case, the High Court has considered the matter serious. The court has ordered the Mungeli SP to make every possible effort to find the girl and present her in the court by August 28. Along with this, the girl's father has also been asked to be present.
