Sharing the video, Don Petit said that just like we put one leg in our pants one by one on the ground, we cannot do the same in space even if we want to.
Space Video: The life of astronauts living on the International Space Station (ISS) is very different from the people living on Earth. The passengers living on the space station have to do their daily tasks in a very different way. Their way of living, eating, drinking, dressing, walking and sleeping is completely different from you and us. Life on the space station is difficult but the videos coming from there are very interesting.
Recently, NASA's chemical engineer Don Petit posted a video which went viral in no time. This video shows how the passengers living on the International Space Station wear pants. Sharing the video, Don Petit said that just like we put one leg in the pants one by one on the ground, we cannot do the same in space even if we want to.
Petit jumped to put both his feet in his pants floating in the air. He simply wrote with the video, "Both feet together." In the video, Petit himself is seen flying. His pants are also floating in the air. This video may look funny but it shows how difficult the life of people living in space is.
Let us tell you that Don Petit is an American astronaut and a chemical engineer at NASA. He has a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona. Petit has participated in many missions sent into space by NASA.
Astronauts have to face these challenges…
There is no atmosphere in space, so astronauts have to supply oxygen. Due to zero gravity in space, bones and muscles do not get support, due to which there is a risk of muscle destruction. Due to the absence of air in space, there is no pressure of any kind, due to which whether it is a person or any heavy thing, it keeps floating in the air.
