The brain's temperature-regulating system is disrupted, leading to unusual behavior, such as unexplained undressing. Third is severe hypothermia, in which the body temperature drops below 28 degrees Celsius. This is the most dangerous condition. Body activity virtually ceases, blood pressure and heart rate drop rapidly, and the risk to life increases significantly. In this condition, a person can even become unconscious.
What not to do and what to do when it is very cold?
If it's extremely cold, avoid alcohol to protect your body from the cold. Avoid using a hot water bottle directly. Also, keep active by engaging in light movement and wearing warm layers of clothing.
