Digestion improves - Digestion problems are solved by sleeping on the side. The intestines remain free when sleeping in this position. This improves digestion and provides relief from bloating.
Toxins are removed from the body - Lymphatic drainage is stimulated when you sleep on the left side. This helps in removing toxins from the body.
Oxygenation increases in the body - Oxygenation improves when you sleep on your left side, which means that the circulation of oxygen in the body improves.
Relief from snoring and sleep apnea - When you sleep on the left side, there is no obstruction in breathing. This prevents snoring and the problem of sleep apnea goes away.
