In a firm crackdown on reckless driving, Haridwar Police arrested four youths who were caught on camera performing dangerous stunts with a car on a public road late at night. The video, which quickly went viral on social media, showed the group recklessly swerving the vehicle on BHEL Road, with one youth even dangling from the window while the car was in motion.

The incident took place on Tuesday night, and the video triggered a wave of concern among citizens over the increasing trend of such life-threatening antics. Acting swiftly, Ranipur police traced the vehicle’s registration, which was from Uttarakhand, and arrested the individuals involved.

• Kushagra Gupta (Dehradun)
• Aryan Gupta and Harsh Gupta (Saharanpur, UP)
• Gaurav Gupta (Karnal, Haryana)

The police have also seized and sealed the car, and said that further legal action will be taken, especially if drunk driving is confirmed during the investigation.
