1. Excessive use of hair styling tools

Repeated use of hair straighteners, curling irons or high heat blow dryers can cause serious damage to the hair, weaken the roots and cause hair breakage.

2. Regular hair colouring or chemical treatments

If you colour your hair often or get chemical treatments like rebonding or perming done, it can weaken your hair structure.

3. Lack of good sleep
