In a shocking incident from Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, the groom was severely injured a day before his wedding during the Haldi ceremony. Vicky Ahirwar, who was set to take his wedding procession the following day, was attacked by his neighbors amidst a dispute over food during the ceremony.

The Haldi ceremony was in full swing at Vicky's house on Tuesday night when tensions arose between his relatives and neighbors. The argument escalated, and as Vicky attempted to intervene, he was struck on the head with a brick, causing him to bleed profusely. The commotion caused panic among the family members, who rushed Vicky to the district hospital for treatment.

According to family members, the assailant, a neighbor named Gulle, was reportedly intoxicated when he attacked Vicky. The family immediately informed the police, and a case has been registered. Authorities have started an investigation into the matter, with efforts underway to apprehend the accused.
