From credit card to LPG and PAN card... these 7 rules have changed from today, it will affect your pocket

New Rules: The price of jet fuel for domestic flights has increased by about seven and a half percent. After the increase of 7.55 percent i.e. Rs 6,271 in jet fuel in the national capital Delhi, the new price has become Rs 89,344.05 per kilolitre.

New Rules And Guidelines: Today i.e. from July 1, 2025, many rules have changed, which is going to have a direct impact on your daily life. These include railway ticket booking and credit card to GST returns and new prices of LPG cylinders. Let us know what all changes have happened and how it is going to affect your life-
1-Credit card bill payment
A new rule has been implemented by RBI regarding credit cards. After this, from today i.e. July 1, some rules of all private and government banks have changed regarding this. Now all credit card holders will have to make payments through Bharat Bill Payment System. After this, platforms like BillDesk, Infibeam Avenue, Cred and PhonePe will be affected.
2-Rules for new PAN card
Now it is mandatory to provide Aadhaar to get a new PAN card. Earlier, any birth certificate or any valid document was sufficient to get a PAN card. But CBDT has now made Aadhaar verification mandatory.
3-Reduction in the price of commercial cylinder
Commercial cylinders have become cheaper from today. According to Indian Oil Corporation Limited, commercial cylinders have become cheaper by Rs 58.5 in Delhi, Rs 57 in Kolkata, Rs 58 in Mumbai and Rs 57.5 in Chennai. This is the fourth consecutive month when the price of commercial cylinders has fallen.
4-UPI rules
Today, this new rule of UPI chargeback has also come into effect. Till now, to re-process the rejected chargeback claim, banks had to get approval from NPCI i.e. National Payment Corporation of India, but now according to the new rule announced on the 20th of last month, banks will be able to re-process the chargeback claim without the approval of NPCI.
5-Reservation Chart
Till now, the reservation chart was issued just four hours before the departure of the train. But now the railway has changed it, because earlier waitlisted passengers had to face a lot of problems. Now from July 1, the reservation chart will be prepared eight hours in advance. After this, if your train is to depart at 1 pm, then it will be prepared and issued at 8 pm the previous night.
6-GST Return
Now GSTN i.e. GST Network has announced that GSTR-3B form cannot be edited. Apart from this, no taxpayer will be able to file GST return of the previous date after three years.
7- Increased price of jet fuel
Jet fuel prices for domestic flights have increased by about seven and a half percent. In the national capital Delhi, after an increase of 7.55 percent i.e. Rs 6,271, the new price of jet fuel has become Rs 89,344.05 per kilolitre. Whereas in Kolkata, after an increase of 7.52 percent, its new rate has become Rs 92,526.09 and in Mumbai, after an increase of 7.66 percent, the new rate has become Rs 5,946.5 and in Chennai, after an increase of 7.67 percent, the new rate has become Rs 6,602.49 per kilolitre.
