First indigenous vaccine for dengue: When will it arrive and how effective will it be?

According to health expert Dr. Sameer Bhati, this will be a tetravale vaccine, meaning it will work against all four serotypes of dengue. Dr. Sameer Bhati says that after this vaccine comes into the market, the number of deaths due to dengue can be reduced by 80 to 90 percent.

After the arrival of the dengue vaccine, the number of deaths and cases of the disease becoming serious due to dengue can be reduced. The purpose of this vaccine is to strengthen the immune system of the body. So that the dengue infection does not take a serious form and the life of the patient can be saved. Although no vaccine guarantees complete protection from the disease, but the risk will be reduced to a great extent by strengthening the immune system.
