A spine-chilling case of child murder has emerged from Etah district in Uttar Pradesh, where an 11-year-old boy named Anuj Kumar was brutally murdered in a mango orchard in Alampur village. The child was stabbed 12 times, his eyes gouged out, and his private parts mutilated by a masked attacker, sparking shock and outrage across the region.
What Happened?
The heinous crime took place Wednesday morning when Anuj went to the orchard with two of his friends, Ajit and Nitin, for defecation. A young man with his face covered by a towel appeared and suddenly attacked the children with a knife. While Ajit and Nitin managed to escape despite being injured, Anuj was caught by the assailant.
The Brutality of the Attack
According to the police and eyewitness accounts, the attacker:
- Stabbed Anuj 12 times on his face, neck, stomach, and private parts
- Gouged out both his eyes
- Crushed his head with a stone to ensure death

Who Was Anuj?
