Dr. Mitul Gupta says, "Actually the use of condom is only a temporary solution, which prevents the male sperm and the female egg from fertilizing each other. It does not have any permanent effect on the body parts. Many times people also think that long-term use of condom can affect the quality of men's sperm, which is completely wrong. Condom is only an external barrier, and it has nothing to do with sperm."

Male condom helps you in preventing pregnancy up to 98%, while female condom is considered to be effective up to 95%. This is a very easy contraceptive method, and can reduce the chances of unwanted pregnancy to a great extent. With its help, one can enjoy a pleasurable sex without any tension.

If you are having sex without a condom, then there is a possibility of sexually transmitted infection. Especially if your sexual partners keep changing. Therefore, you must use protection.
