The injury was so serious that he remained lying on the field for some time. Immediately after this, the medical team examined him, but due to the serious condition, he had to be taken out of the field.

Phillips is counted among the best fielders and he could save many runs of the opposition team on his own. In such a situation, his injury has become a big cause of concern for Gujarat. Although Phillips was not a part of the playing eleven, he participated in the match as an impact player.

Mohammad Siraj has performed very well in this match and won the Man of the Match title by giving only 17 runs in his 4 over spell. At the same time, he has achieved another milestone in this match. After dismissing Abhishek Sharma, he completed his 100 wickets in the history of IPL. He has become the 12th bowler in the history of IPL to do so.
