Chhach Masala Recipe: Ingredients for making buttermilk 

  • Curd - 500 grams 
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon 
  • Black salt - half a teaspoon
  • Plain salt - according to taste
  • Red chilli powder - half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Mint - 3 to 4 leaves for garnishing 
  • Water - 1/2 cup

Method for making buttermilk

  • First of all, beat the curd well in a vessel so that there are no lumps in it. 
  • If the curd is too thick, then add water to it.
  • Now add cumin powder, black salt, plain salt, red chili powder and coriander powder to it.
  • Mix all these spices well.
