A shocking incident has come to light from Pali, Rajasthan, where a young bride, who went missing on her wedding night, was found two days later in a horrifying condition. The discovery has left both the groom and the police stunned by what had transpired.
The case unfolded in the Rohat police station area. The 19-year-old bride had gotten married on April 19, and the following day, traditional rituals like puja-paath were being conducted at the groom's house. However, the bride went missing the next day, just before the couple's "Suhagraat" on the 21st.
When the bride's sudden disappearance was noticed, an investigation began. After thorough inquiry, the police discovered that the girl had been repeatedly harassed by a young man living near her home for the past two years. The accused, who had been in one-sided love with her, had raped her several times and pressured her to marry him instead of the groom. This disturbing revelation prompted the police to intensify their investigation.
During interrogation, the police learned that the bride had been held hostage in an area near Pali. The police quickly located the location and recovered the bride the following day. Upon her recovery, the groom screamed upon seeing her condition, and both he and the authorities were horrified to learn the extent of what had happened.
The police have revealed that the accused youth had been involved with the bride since she was a minor. He had reportedly told her that she would never marry anyone else. However, her family had arranged for her marriage to the groom, which the accused could not accept. The police have launched a manhunt for the accused, but as of now, he remains at large, and no information on his whereabouts has been found.
This incident has shocked the local community and raised serious concerns about the safety and well-being of women. The investigation is ongoing as the authorities work to bring the accused to justice.
