"Boys from Rajasthan Tortured in Chhattisgarh: Contractors Subject Them to Electric Shocks"

A shocking case of cruelty has emerged from Korba, Chhattisgarh, where two boys from Bhilwara district, Rajasthan, were allegedly subjected to severe torture by contractors. The minors were taken for labor at an ice cream factory, where they endured inhumane treatment, including electric shocks. Despite pleading for their lives, the contractors showed no mercy. Disturbing footage of the incident has gone viral on social media, showing the boys begging for help, with one of them heard saying, "Call my father."

The Incident

The victims, identified as Abhishek Bhambhi and Vinod Bhambhi from Kania village in Asind, were lured to Chhattisgarh with promises of work at an ice cream factory. Upon arrival, they were allegedly subjected to brutal treatment by contractors Chhotu Gurjar and Mukesh Sharma, both from Chittorgarh. In the video, the boys can be seen with electric shock burns, pleading for mercy while the contractors dismiss their cries.

Attempts to Escape and Police Indifference

After managing to flee the factory, the victims returned to their village, where they were further threatened by the contractors’ men, who allegedly warned them against reporting the incident. Despite informing local authorities at the Gulabpura police station, the family claims that no assistance was provided by the police, leaving the victims without justice.

Demand for Justice

The case highlights the ongoing issue of child labor and the exploitation of minors for cheap labor in India. This incident has sparked outrage on social media, with calls for strict action against the perpetrators and accountability for the police’s lack of intervention.
