The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued crucial instructions for students appearing for the Bihar Matriculation and Intermediate Compartment Examinations 2025. Students are strongly advised to adhere to the following rules:

1. Timely Arrival is Crucial: Students must reach the examination center on time. Latecomers will not be allowed entry, and in such cases, they will miss their exam. The gates to the examination center will be closed half an hour before the exam starts, so be sure to arrive early.
2. Shoes & Socks Are Prohibited: As per the new guidelines, students are not allowed to wear shoes or socks during the exam. Only slippers are permitted inside the examination hall.

Compartment Exam Schedule:

• Bihar Board 10th Compartment Exam: May 2 to May 7, 2025
• Bihar Board 12th Compartment Exam: May 2 to May 13, 2025

Exam Shifts:

• First Shift: Starts at 9:30 AM. Students should arrive by 8:30 AM. Gates will close at 9:00 AM.
• Second Shift: Starts at 2:00 PM. Admission starts at 1:00 PM, with gates closing at 1:30 PM.

The BSEB has urged both candidates and examination center officials to strictly follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free examination process.

Passing Criteria:

To pass the compartment exams, students must score at least 33% marks in each subject and overall. Those who fail to meet this threshold will be declared unsuccessful.

Bihar Board 2025 Toppers:

• 10th Toppers: Sakshi Kumari, Anshu Kumari, and Ranjan Verma, all with 97.8%.
• 12th Toppers:
  • Science: Priya Jaiswal, with 96.8%.
  • Arts: Shakib Shah and Ankita Kumari, both with 473 marks.
  • Commerce: Roshni Kumari, with 95%.
