Another nefarious act of Pakistan, claimed cyber attack on Indian defense companies; Institutions rejected it

An ex-handle named Pakistan Cyber Force has claimed that they have gained access to some websites related to Indian defense institutions.

Digital Desk, New Delhi. After the Pahalgam terror attack, Pakistan, fearing a possible attack by India, has resorted to propaganda. Its cyber attackers have claimed to have hacked the websites of Indian defence institutions. However, these institutions have rejected Pakistan's claims.
Meanwhile, the Indian Army is taking necessary steps to strengthen cyber security amid reports of attempts of cyber attacks. After the Pahalgam terrorist attack, there have been reports of several Indian websites being targeted in cyber attacks.
Know what was claimed by Pakistan
The account named Pakistan Cyber Force on X claimed to have hacked the websites of Indian Military, Engineering Services and Manohar Parrikar Institute of Defence Studies and Analysis. The claim said that a group allegedly succeeded in accessing sensitive data of these institutions.
Members associated with the management of the institutions rejected the claim
However, two members of the management of these institutes have categorically rejected these claims made on the internet media. Apart from the website of a PSU under the Ministry of Defence, news of the website of the Army College of Nursing being hacked has also surfaced on the internet media. The website of this college remained down on Monday. Meanwhile, sources said that the army is taking appropriate and necessary steps to strengthen cyber security.
