Fractal Analytics IPO: Fractal Analytics' initial public offering (IPO) opens today. Investors will be able to bid starting February 11, 2026. Fractal Analytics is a global enterprise AI and analytics firm, with an IPO size of ₹2,833.90 crore (approximately $2.9 billion). This mainboard issue will include the issuance of 11.4 million new shares worth ₹1,023.5 crore (approximately $1.9 billion) and an offer for sale (OFS) of 20.1 million shares worth ₹1,810.40 crore (approximately $1.8 billion).

Previously, Fractal Analytics had raised ₹1,248.3 crore from 52 anchor investors on February 6, 2026. The company had allotted 13.8 million equity shares to anchor investors at the upper price band of ₹857-900.

More than one investor participated in the anchor round.

The anchor round saw participation from marquee investors, SBI Small Cap Fund, Life Insurance Corporation of India, ICICI Prudential AMC, Motilal Oswal AMC, UTI AMC, Trust MF, Baroda BNP Paribas MF, Bandhan MF, Investco India, Sundaram MF, Abacus, and Union MF.

Global investors, including Morgan Stanley, Amundi Funds, Goldman Sachs, Kuwait Investment Authority, Ashoka Whiteoak, Allspring Global Investments, Société Générale, Prudent Investment Flexicap Scheme, and Integrated Core Strategies, were among the investors who participated in the anchor book. 

Fractal Analytics IPO GMP

Even before the IPO opens, Fractal Analytics shares are seeing activity in the gray market. Market experts say that Fractal Analytics' unlisted shares are trading at a premium of ₹35 today. This means that the GMP for Fractal Analytics' IPO today is ₹35. This means that the company's shares could list at a premium of 35% above the issue price of ₹900. 

Some other important things related to IPO

The allotment process is expected to be completed by Thursday, February 12th. Furthermore, the company's shares are expected to be listed on the NSE and BSE exchanges on Monday, February 16th, 2026. Fractal Analytics has set a price band of ₹857 to ₹900 per share for the issue. The company has created a lot of 16 shares. Accordingly, retail investors will need to invest a minimum of ₹14,400 to bid for at least one lot and multiples thereof. 

MUFG Intime India is acting as the registrar to the issue. Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Axis Capital, Morgan Stanley India Company, and Goldman Sachs (India) Securities are the book-running lead managers.

Where will the IPO money be used? 

Of the proceeds raised from the IPO, ₹264.9 crore will be used by the company to invest in its subsidiary, Fractal USA. Additionally, ₹57.1 crore will be used to purchase laptops, ₹121.1 crore for its new office in India, and ₹355.1 crore for research and development, as well as sales and marketing within Fractal Alpha. The remaining funds will be used for organic growth, potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
