Aloo Pyaz Pakoda Recipe: Often in the evening, one feels like eating something crispy and tasty with tea. In such a situation, the first thing that comes to mind is pakodas. If there are hot pakodas with a sip of tea, then the day is made. That is why today we have brought for you an easy recipe of Aloo Pyaz Pakoda. So let's know how you can easily make crispy and tasty potato pakodas.

Material
- Potato – 2 large
- Onion (chopped) – 2 large
- Green chillies (finely chopped) – 5-6
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Garlic (crushed) – 4 cloves
- Gram flour – 2 cups
- Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
- Ajwain – 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Oil- 2 cups
- Salt – as per taste
Method
- To make potato onion pakora, first peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly. Then grate them with the help of a grater with large holes.
- After this, soak the grated potatoes in 2 cups of water. Now add turmeric and salt to the water and mix. Then leave it like this for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add onions and green chillies and crush them lightly with your hands.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and take care not to mash the potatoes. Then mix the potatoes in the onion mixture.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, celery, garlic, sugar, coriander leaves and rice flour to this mixture and mix well.
- Now add gram flour little by little and mix well.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil to this mixture and mix well. After this, cover the prepared mixture and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Now fry the mixture in small batches in hot oil until it becomes golden and crispy. Serve hot pakoras with green chutney or your favorite ketchup.
