Vaibhav Suryavanshi, a resident of Samastipur in Bihar, made a lot of headlines by scoring a century in IPL 2025. The main reason for this is Vaibhav's age. He is just 14 years old. Like Vaibhav, Mohammad Kaif of Uttar Pradesh has also become famous. Just 14 years old Kaif scored a double century in the final match of the Raj Singh Dungarpur Cricket Competition. Kaif's father is a laborer.

Jagran Correspondent, Moradabad. In IPL, 14 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi from Rajasthan Royals' side proved his ability to the world by scoring a century in 35 balls.
On the lines of Vaibhav, 14-year-old young cricketer Mohammad Kaif from UP scored a double century in the final match of the Under-14 Raj Singh Dungarpur Cricket Competition held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He faced 280 balls and scored an unbeaten 250 runs. He hit 19 fours and 12 lofty sixes during his innings.
Kaif shines in the final
Recently, Kaif was selected in the Under-14 UP team on the basis of trials held in Kanpur. UP faced Vidarbha in the final match of the Under-14 Raj Singh Dungarpur Cricket held in Dehradun. The match was held from May 3 to May 5.
UP batted first. Kaif played a memorable innings of 250 runs in 280 balls for UP. He spent 377 minutes on the crease and scored runs at a strike rate of 89.29. On the basis of this, the UP team registered a spectacular victory.
Father works as a laborer
Munna, a labourer, has a family consisting of his wife, three sons and four daughters. 14-year-old Mohammad Kaif is the youngest among his siblings. His father Munna says that since childhood Kaif dreamt of becoming a cricketer. He picked up the bat at the age of seven. He picked up the rhythm while playing.
Meanwhile, Kaif's coaches Badruddin Siddiqui and Mohammad Haseen said that Mohammad Kaif's priority is always to practice on time. Cricket fans will hope that like Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Mohammad Kaif will also shine in Indian cricket soon and be called the future of the country.
