In fact, Disha's father's lawyer has claimed that there are eyewitnesses who saw actors Aditya Pancholi and Dino Morea and Shiv Sena MLA Aditya Thackeray and his bodyguard gangraping the celebrity manager. Lawyer Nilesh Ojha said that he has full faith in Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, but he does not trust the Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating Disha's death.

Father made serious allegations

The allegations levelled by Disha's father, who has approached the Bombay High Court with a fresh petition seeking a probe into Disha's death, have recently become a point of confrontation between the ruling Mahayuti and the Shiv Sena (Shiv Sena). Advocate Ojha said, 'There is more than enough evidence, there are eyewitnesses who have seen Aditya Pancholi, Dino Morea, Aditya Thackeray and his bodyguard gangraping the victim.'

What was the reason for Disha Salian's death?

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's manager Disha died after falling from a high-rise building in Mumbai on June 8, 2020. The police then registered a case of accidental death report. Six days later, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra flat. The CBI has taken over the case while Disha's death is being investigated by the SIT formed by the government in 2023. In his petition, Disha's father claimed that on June 8, his daughter had organised a party at her house, which was attended by Aditya Thackeray and actors Sooraj Pancholi and Dino Morea. The petition sought an FIR against Thackeray, who has denied the claims.

Why is there no trust in the SIT investigation?

Raising doubts over the investigation conducted by the SIT, which is yet to submit its report, advocate Ojha indicated that Fadnavis was not properly briefed by the authorities. He said, 'We trust Fadnavis, but not the SIT. We feel that the authorities are not properly briefing Fadnavis. What is the CBI doing in the Sushant Singh Rajput case? Why is there no chargesheet?'
