A heartbreaking CCTV footage has emerged from Kottakkal in Kerala's Malappuram district. This video recorded in the camera shows how a speeding white car brutally hit a woman walking on the road. 33-year-old Badariya was a resident of Swagatamadu village and was walking on the side of the road with a small child at that time. Suddenly a white car deviated from its lane and hit the woman from behind.

This clearly looks like a case of hit and run. The way this driver is seen taking his car off the track and hitting the Muslim woman is extremely serious. Action should be taken on this. 

In this terrible collision, the woman fell several feet away while the child walking with her miraculously survived. In the footage, immediately after the collision, the child is seen running towards his unconscious mother and trying to wake her up. Anyone's heart will tremble after seeing this scene of how an innocent child is trying to wake up his unconscious mother.

This tragic accident happened in a residential area which has raised serious concerns about road safety and reckless driving in the area. According to hospital sources, the woman suffered serious head injuries and was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Kottakkal where she is undergoing treatment. This incident has once again raised questions about the safety of pedestrians on the roads.
