The incident occurred on the morning of April 13, 2025, around 8:22 AM. The 45-second video clip, now widely circulated online, captures the moment the toll employee was working at his computer when the woman suddenly entered the booth. She is seen grabbing him by the throat before launching a rapid series of slaps. The stunned employee attempts to back away, but the woman continues her assault.

Toward the end of the video, another toll worker rushes in, and both employees are seen folding their hands and apologizing to the woman, bringing the disturbing clip to a close.
