Health Tips in Hindi – With age, the body naturally undergoes many changes. But staying healthy well into your 70s, 80s, or even 100s isn’t just luck—it’s about daily habits. If you want to maintain youthful energy and health for life, start following these 16 rules today.
1. Use Rock Salt Instead of Regular Salt
Also known as Pink Himalayan Salt, rock salt helps regulate blood pressure and is far healthier than refined table salt.
2. Walk After Dinner
Walking at least 500 steps after dinner improves digestion, reduces gas and acidity, helps with weight loss, and promotes better sleep.
3. Don’t Drink Water Immediately After Meals
Wait at least 30 minutes after eating to drink water. Drinking water immediately can disrupt digestion and cause bloating and weight gain.
4. Drink 3 to 4 Liters of Water Daily
Staying hydrated supports kidney function, prevents kidney stones, and keeps stomach ailments at bay.
5. Start Your Day with Lukewarm Water
Drinking a glass of warm water every morning detoxifies the body. Splashing cold water on your eyes in the morning also helps improve vision.
6. Avoid Refined Oil, Use Desi Ghee
Refined oils undergo heavy chemical processing and are harmful. Use cow ghee, mustard oil, sesame oil, or coconut oil instead for cooking.
7. Eat Colourful Vegetables and Fruits
Make your plate colourful. The more natural colours you eat, the more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your body receives.
8. Avoid White Foods
Cut down on white sugar, white salt, white rice, and refined flour. These are low in fiber and high in calories, which can lead to weight gain and digestive issues.
9. Avoid Heavy Foods at Night
Don’t eat curd, rajma, or rice for dinner. These can cause bloating, gas, and weight gain if consumed at night.
10. Never Drink Tea or Coffee on an Empty Stomach
Tea and coffee on an empty stomach increase stomach acid and reduce appetite. Eat a light snack before having your morning beverage.
